❓Are you worried about embarrassing bladder and bowel problems that don’t go away no matter how many kegels you’ve tried?
❓Is your relationship suffering due to lack of intimacy?
❓Are you concerned that you'll have to "live with it", take medications, or try surgery like your family members and friends?
❓Are you having trouble keeping up with work tasks, home responsibilities, and taking care of your physical body due to all the pain and discomfort you've had "for as long as you can remember"?
❓Are you frustrated that your symptoms are limiting your happiness and freedom?

❓Are you still looking for a long-term solution so you can can get rid of your symptoms and have them stay away for good?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, you are in the right place!

Many people in Baton Rouge suffer needlessly with pelvic floor related problems because they’re told…

⚠️ Just “wait” and it’ll get better (then months later they’re still suffering…)
⚠️ It’s “normal” to deal with pelvic floor and core problems related to pee, poop, penetration, or pelvic/back pain as you age or after you've had children.
⚠️ If you do some kegels, everything will be fine.
⚠️ Surgical, medications, or “learning to live with it” are the only options.

The truth is:

✅ “Waiting” it doesn’t change anything. You might get a small spontanous improvements, but then when you start living life like normal you’ll still be suffering from problems related to pee, poop, sex, pelvic heaviness, or pain. (I bet you’ve already experienced it!)
✅ It’s not normal to have pelvic floor and core problems after a baby, with age, or following a surgery!
✅ Kegels don’t fix the problem and can cause a lot of other problems with your body.
✅ Surgery, medications, or “learning to live with it” are not the only options. It’s just the only options your medical provider can offer you.

“At Restoration Health Collective, we specialize in helping adults in Baton Rouge regain control of their bladder and bowels, enjoy their sex life again, and finally defeat pelvic/back pain (or other embarrassing problems) without questionable medications, risky surgery, or just learning to live with it.”

It can be very confusing to decide exactly what you should do if you have problems with pee, poop, penetration, heaviness, or pelvic pain at any point in life. You’ve likely heard a lot of options such as…

❓ A family member tells you to “deal” with it because all of your aunts have the same problem.
❓ A colleague mentions going to a personal trainer to “tighten things up” and “work on your core.”
❓ The “experts” on YouTube recommend doing a certain exercise.
❓ A friend suggests using a supplement, oil, or cream.
❓ All while the doctor tells you to do kegels until it gets better.

It’s overwhelming to try to make a decision with all these choices…what will happen if you don’t make the right one?

Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.

When It Comes To Solving Something Serious Like Pelvic Floor Problems…

You must choose the right provider for your health. If you don’t, you could end up getting a dangerous surgery (when it might be unnecessary) or being dependent on questionable medication for the rest of your life. Getting the “least-invasive,” most natural treatment is VITAL to you stopping your pelvic floor problems and keeping them from ever coming back.

To do that, you have to, not just treat the problem, but have a provider who is willing to figure out WHY the problem happened in the first place. That’s when you’ll get a PERMANENT solution to your problems.

At Restoration Health Collective we’ve created a process to get rid of your pelvic floor problems, making sure they don’t come back again,

Step #1 - We Want To Listen To Your Story

Our medical system is frustrating. You wait weeks, sometimes months, for an appointment, only to get to talk to the doctors for 6 minutes before they have to run to the next patient, and you’re left sitting there wondering, “What just happened?”

Even most physical therapy clinics operate this way. They’re not attentive, they’re fast-paced, and your therapist doesn’t have time to actually treat the problem causing area. They will stick you on an exercise bike, place you on some machine in a room alone, or leave you with a high-school aged helper for the majority of your session.

This is why our first step is to listen to your story.

After working with lots of people with pelvic floor dysfunction, we know that no two people are alike. Each person has a different body, a different history, and different types of symptoms.

That is why our first step is to have an open conversation and ample time for you to tell your story. That way, we get a deep understanding of what’s going on, not just with your body, but also how it’s impacting your life.

Step #2 - Find Out WHY Pelvic Floor Issues Started

Many people have a diagnosis, a medical term for what’s going on with their body. Maybe their doctor gave it to them, maybe tests showed the diagnosis, or maybe you figured it out for yourself online. You could have been told that your only choice was to “deal with it”, do kegels, take medications, or have surgery.

Sometimes, those things bring temporary relief, but they’re not addressing what CAUSED the problem in the first place and the symptoms are bound to return. Every person’s cause of pelvic foor problems is different. No one has the exact same problem caused by the exact same thing as another person. What worked for one person might not work for another person!

Our goal at Restoration Health Collective is to find that original cause of your problem, so not only does your pelvic floor issue go away, but it also STAYS AWAY!

We understand that you still might be skeptical or unsure if physical therapy is right for you. That’s why we perform a thorough initial evaluation session. (Yes! In this encounter, we get all the information needed to come up with a PERSONALIZED plan for your specific needs.)

Our Initial Evaluations are meant specifically for those people who are skeptical, unsure, or have even been let down in the past. During the Initial Evaluations you’ll find out what’s wrong, how did it start, how long it’s going to take to fix it, and give you peace of mind that your problem can be fixed naturally!

Step #3 - Get Rid Of The Problem & Keep It From Coming Back

This is when the big transformations occur. We develop a personalized plan that allows you to…

…Get back to exercising without fear or worry
…Be able to sit for long periods of time without pain
…Be able to jump on the trampoline with your kids
…Feel confident and empowered during intercourse
…Stop spending money on all those liners, pads, diapers

… Finally wean yourself off of all those laxatives and fiber pills.
… Be able to get stuck in a traffic jam without fear of no bathroom access.

…Get your body back to enjoy the lifestyle you miss!

Our best clients are those who are motivated and ready to win back their life before their pelvic floor ran the show. (Even if they feel stuck right now!)

What Other People Just Like You Are Saying About RHC…

Ashley overcame urinary leaking and is now able to jump on the trampoline with her kids!

Picture
"For as long as I can remember, I have dealt with leaking pee and constipation issues. I had seen so many providers that couldn't fix my issues, I was starting to believe this was a normal part of being a woman. Luckily, I found out that pelvic physical therapy could help and I haven't been the same since! Amber and the staff at RHC have given me the ability to jump on the trampoline with  my kid, travel without stopping every 30 minutes, and gotten rid of that nagging hip pain that just wouldn't go away. If you are on the fence about getting help, just do it! Best decision I've ever made."

Jenni prepared her body for labor and delivery so she could finally get the birth of her dreams.

Picture
"My first birth experience left me feeling confused, defeated, and scared. After laboring for hours, they told me the baby wouldn't fit and we needed to do a Cesarean. This time, I armed myself tons of education and got my body ready for birth with physical therapy. Amber and her staff prepared my muscles for a baby, taught me to push, give me tips for laboring, and the situations to avoid at the hospital. She gave me the confidence I needed to face my fears and totally rock my birth! The things I learned helped me avoid perineal tearing and heal my ab muscles.  If you want to get the birth of your dreams and recover like a champ, I highly recommend the people at RHC. I wish I had done it sooner!"
